Rebels: 101 (also needs to be divided evenly)

Construct new bases and outposts:
Rebels have the option of building a Base or an Outpost at Crash’s Drift and Nubia. They keep this a secret on what they build but I will keep a separate tally for record keeping to ensure we are doing it right.

Rebel Influence will appear at Nubia.

Repair Ships (refit points. Can only be used to unscar ships)

Imperial Fleets: 40 Refit points (owns 1 repair yard) EACH fleet/player (both players get the 40)
Rebel Fleet: 55 refit points each fleet/player (owns 4 repair yards including the new one at Nubia not yet reflected on the spreadsheet.)

Expand Fleets:

Use resource points to upgrade/expand fleets or further unscar ships. Max fleet can have 500 points. Unspent Resource Points carry over to the next and are banked. I will add any unspent resource points to the spreadsheet.

Round 1: Imperials Assault on Crash's Drift

The Carrier fleet under the command of Moff Jerjerrod and anchored by 2 Victory class cruisers with Light Cruiser support and a swarm of squadrons. In response the rebels jumped in their assault fleet under the command of the legendary Admiral Ackbar at the helm of Home One with two torpedo boats with Corvettes in support.

The early battle favored the Imperials as they massed their fighters into a cluster impeding the torpedo boats run around the Victory’s cruiser flank. The Victory cruisers focussed their orders coordinating their squadrons eating away the defenses of the lead Scout Torpedo boats. The return fire from the Torpedo boats focused on the squadrons themselves but the nimble squads proved nimble. Home one plodded away behind the initial attack.

The Scout torpedo made a dash across the bow to the starboard side of the Victory Cruiser unloading a solid volley, but the move proved a poor choice. With all their defenses in place the captain thought he could withstand the devastating close range power of the Victory. With orders from the Victory Cruiser the squadrons unleashed another coordinated squadron strike on the Scout Torpedo boat eating their defences. With a final blast from the Victory Cruiser first blood was drawn.

While things seemed dower for the Rebels, Home One was entering the fray. With the Corvettes speeding around the starboard flank strafing the Victory cruisers, the second torpedo boat starting to pop fighters and then a massive barrage from Home One took a devastating toll on the Imperial fleet taking out the lead Victory Cruiser.

With the Victory Cruiser down the Corvettes flanked the second cruiser looking to hit their rear. With most of the Imperial Squadrons down, the Light Cruiser flew into the maw of the Torpedo boat and was destroyed from a close range blast.

The Corvettes at full speed, one flew off the battlefield and was summarily lost in space and considered destroyed. With Boba Fett being one of the last squadrons standing he was able to, in conjunction with the last Victory Cruiser take down the last Torpedo boat.

In the end, it was a substantial victory for the Rebellion.

Round 1 Rebels Assault on Nubia

The newly formed Imperial base at Corfai had shut down the propaganda network to the systems in the Hyperspace lanes. As the Rebels look to secure more Shipyards they sent Commander Sato – Carrier Fleet to the system. Hoping for light resistance Sato was wrong…very very wrong being apposed by the Supreme Commander of Imperial Forces Vader and his dread fleet.Vader Fleet

The rebel forces quickly jumped from Hyperspace at the Nubia space stations. If they could control it long enough they may be able to outlast the firepower from Vader’s Imperial Star Destroyer and Gladiator class destroyer.

The Rebel dropped out of hyperspace in a close knit bunch all aligning to the space station. The Imperial deployed a flanking strategy sending their Imperial Star Destroyer (ISD) and Gladiator straight at the station, while off setting the Raider and Gozanti into flanking positions.

Round 1: Imperials gain early control
The imperials jumped out early to control the station with the ISD gaining control on the firs round using it’s blazing speed. The Rebels pushed Gallant Haven (Assault Frigate) straight at the station also at speed 3 but due to it’s medium size was not able to cover the same ground as the ISD. The rest of the fleet was right behind leaving the YT-1300s struggling to keep up with the fleet.

Round 2: First Blood

The action started early in round 2. The Yvaris (Nebulon B Escort Frigate) got off shots from it’s bow sending 3 long distance lasers into the front arc of the ISD. They were good shots landing hard and eating defenses of the ISD but they were the last shots the Yvaris took.

The return fire from the ISD was devastating. With the Yvaris just off the bow of the ISD on the port side, it received the full might of the Empire. The return fire knocked out its defenses first, leaving it only a maneuver defense which was negated by their short range. Stuck with no where to go, the Yvaris instantly erupted.

Meanwhile the Gallant Haven barreled forward at speed 3 striking the ISD and layering on damage and eating shields with its forward firing arc. The Pelta Command ship place itself halfway to the station with an asteroid just off its starboard bow for cover also took down some of the ISD shielding.

The Gladiator, headed for an asteroid, had to veer Port taking it out of range for his devastating port side lasers which have limited range. It was able to get shot off from its two long range lasers from the bow on the Pelta C. taking down a shield.

The Rebel squadrons lead by Hera Syndulla moved into position directly in front of the ISD for a few bombing runs eating more shields from the ISD.

The Imperials held the station for the second round.

Round 3: Vader goes BOOM

Round 3 started with the Pelta Command ship using it’s Rapid Launch Bays dropped bombers just off the port bow of the ISD. Fortunately the ISD had a Tie Bomber directly in front of the Pelta C. launch point engaging the squadrons. The Tie Bomber prevented Gold Squadron’s and Dagger Squadron from completing their bombing runs but paid for it with his life. Due to the ISD large front arc, the Pelta C got off another volley into the front putting more damage on the massive ship.

The ISD still at full speed barreled directly into the Gallant Haven with each taking another damage. The ISD was now down to 40% of its hull remaining and no shields practically anywhere but the stern. It released a scathing volley into Gallant Haven withering both its front and side shields in one go, but the superior shield technology of the Mon Calamari prevented any hull damage.

The Gallant Haven then plowed into the ISD putting more damage on the faltering hull. Then with one last volley the ISD hull cracked and was rendered inoperable.

The rebels took control of the space station.

Round 4: Mop-up

With the ISD out of action the Rebels had a firm grasp of the space station. The Gladiator got off a devastating shot on the GR-75 Shuttles but they had a shield energy surge that negated the entire attack and continued to repair the Gallant Haven. In the final conflict Gold Squadron was lost and another Tie Defender.

While still needing confirmation from the official Imperial report, rebel propaganda report:

Rebels win a campaign point

Scarred Ships:
Imperial Star Destroyer registered the kill on Yvaris
2 Tie Bombers (one named?) vanilla tie bomber registered kill on Gold squadron

The Yvaris – Nebulon B Escort Frigate
Gold Squadron – y wings

Veteran ships:
Gallant Haven for killing the ISD
Pelta Command ship for killing a tie defender

Round 1 Base Placements

The flare-ups across the Corellia Sector repair yards were just too much for the Empire to let stand. The Empire quickly reinforced systems that generate significant resources:

Corellia – 20 resource points and repair yards
Corfai – 19 resource points
Duro – 17 resource points and skilled spacers (ability to change one objective card.

Round 1 Resource points 131 points (needs to be split evenly between the two fleets) and +5 repair points for each fleet

The rebel propaganda was centered around the shipyard workers and rebel presence has taken root across the sector.

Selonia – 12 resource points and repair yards
Saberhing Asteroids – 16 resource points and repair yards
Centerpoint -5 resource points and Spynet (allow 1 redeployment token)
Vagran – 8 resource points and repair yards

Round 1 resource points 101 (needs to split evenly across fleets) +15 repair points for each fleet.

Planet Histories & Lore

Corellia History

Corellia is a planet located in the galaxy’s Core Worlds known for its ace pilots and large starships. Vessels such as the Millennium Falcon and Imperial starships were built on Corellia. At some point in the Imperial reign, an organization known as the Corellian Resistance operated on the planet, fighting against the Galactic Empire. One of their members, Miru Nadrinakar, attempted to warn them of an upcoming crackdown.11

It was the homeworld of Han Solo, Wedge Antilles, Crix Madine, BoShek, the Besalisk Gadren,[ the bounty hunter Dengar, and the Jedi younglings Kalifa15 and Petro.16

Corfai History:

Corfai was colonized by Human sleeper ships sometime after 27,500 BBY.2

Home to one of the oldest civilizations in the sector, the planet was a center for trade and commerce dating back generations prior to the Galactic Civil War.
It was the site of a New Republic supply bunker. During the Thrawn crisis, the Empire ambushed a New Republic fleet assembling off Corfai.
It was occupied by the Yuuzhan Vong during their invasion.2

Duro History:
Duro was a temperate planet located in the Duro sector2 of the galaxy’s Core Worlds and homeworld of the Duros species.1 Cad Bane, one of the galaxy’s most infamous bounty hunters during the Clone Wars, was from this world.

Selonia was an oceanic planet in the Corellian system. Selonia was an industrial world, comprising many small islands surrounded by a global ocean. However, to circumvent this obstacle, the Selonians dug an elaborate network of tunnels under the planetary surface, thus facilitating contact among their peoples. The planet’s oceans were rumored to be the habitat of sea monsters, since it was said that only Selonia’s oceans were large enough to accommodate these creatures.

Saberhing Asteroids
Saberhing was a planet in the Corellian sector which manufactured starships. Han Solo and Chewbacca worked as mechanics in a factory on Saberhing before becoming smugglers when Han was 20 years old.

Centerpoint Station, known to the Killiks as Qolaraloq or the World Puller, was an ancient space station that was capable of moving entire planets with its tractor beams. It was created by the Thuruht hive c. 100,000 BBY; this would make it perhaps one of the oldest artifacts known to the Jedi in the Yuuzhan Vong War era.

Vagran was a planet located in the Corellian sector with different temperate zones all varying in temperature and precipitation. Its climates and its favorable sunlight enabled Vagran to support a great deal of life.

It was where, during the Thrawn campaign, Talon Karrde’s team obtained three GAT-12 Skipray Blastboats.
